MS Title:
Resilience and Sustainability Informed Integrity Management of Infrastructure Systems

Description:
This special session aims to discuss the potential and challenges associated with applying risk-based decision-making strategies that integrate the concepts of resilience and sustainability within the framework of integrity management of infrastructure systems. This session covers the theoretical and methodological developments in resilience and sustainability analysis, the asset integrity management framework for infrastructure systems, the forefront engineering practices that prioritize resilience and sustainability in the industry. We welcome presentations on the life-cycle analysis of infrastructure systems, including topics such as CO2 emissions, durability, rehabilitation, and the circular economy, etc. Additionally, innovative methods like digital twin technology, system modeling, and machine learning, and their integration into integrity management, will be explored during the session.
